Creamy Italian Chicken sauce-1 pt. per oz. (about a 7 pt. dinner total)

3 chicken breasts
1 packet Italian seasoning (dressing)
1/3 less fat cream cheese 8 oz.
98% cream of chicken
1 C. water

In crock pot, on low for 6 hours put:
Italian seasoning

After the 6 hours take the chicken out and shred it.
While you're shredding the chicken put the cream cheese and cream of chicken in the crock pot.
Add the shredded chicken back into the crock pot and stir everything together.

Serve over rice.

For the sauce alone it's 1 pt. for 1 oz. Your points will depend on how much sauce you use and the your rice.
