Creamy Citrus Salmon-8 (fish or chicken marinade)

3 frozen salmon (I get mine from costco) 7 oz.=8 points
2 C. non fat plain yogurt Juice from one lemon
1T. Dijon Mustard
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 1/2 t. oregano
1 t. garlic salt
3/4 t. pepper


Mix together. Pour a little in a small dish and then lay the salmon on it. Finish by pouring the rest of the marinade over the salmon so it is completely covered. Let sit for an hour or so and then move salmon onto a cooking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve with a vegetable.


Chicken could be used with this marinade also. It would be just as good and less points.
