Baked Potato Bar-8 points

7 oz. Potato (this makes it big so you could do less and count less points)
1/2 cup Hormel Turkey Chili with Beans
1/2 cup Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 T. Oscar Meyer real Bacon Bits
2 T. Fat Free Sour Cream
Steamed Broccoli (the more the better)

Very filling and Oh so yummy. This has so much flavor and I think I've made it clear by now that I LOVE flavor, no, I NEED flavor!

I absolutely LOVE the turkey chili! It tastes so much healthier than the other kinds of chili in a can. I will never use regular canned chili again :)

The only thing I do different than you is that I also add shredded cheddar cheese. Yes, yes, I'm a cheese freak, I know :)

Yeah, there are a few things I leave out from the "original" recipe. Like butter on the potato and cheese. There might be one more too. For me cheese is unnecessary, but only because the cheddar cheese soup is there. I cant really taste the shredded cheese because of the soup so I just dont waste my points. But I know for you its important. lol
