2 T. light miracle whip-1 pt.
1/2 C. mandarin oranges*-1 pt.
diced chicken (2 oz.)-2 pts. (do how much chicken you like, 1 oz.=1 pt.)
1 flat out*-1 pt.
salt
pepper
Mix up the ingredients and put in flat out and roll up.
*You could use grapes instead of mandarin oranges.
*You could put the chicken salad in a pita instead of flat out.
You could add: (which would add more points)
-cashews
-pineapple
-anything you like in chicken salad
