Thanks Kim (my cousin)!! I'll have to try these, they look REALLY good!
1 point lemon cookies
1 lemon cake mix (dry)
1 tsp lemon zest
Juice from ½ lemon
1 egg
Mix until crumbly
Then add
1 8oz tub of fat free cool whip
Fold in gently (it will be super sticky)!!
Drop teaspoon sized drops into sifted powdered sugar completely cover cookie.
Place on a greased (w/Pam) cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350
Makes about 48 cookies

Sound really cool, does it work with other cake mixes besides lemon?
I'm not sure (I'll email my cousin and ask her, too). I bet it would though. I've seen a lot of different cake type recipes out there. If you give it a try let me know how it turns out! :)
